Two restaurants in search of an identity
The culinary program performs a high-wire act between Rajasthani tradition and global fusion that nobody requested. Breakfast puts on quite the show with its culinary tour of India, complete with flautist (because apparently pancakes need a soundtrack). The library bar suggests someone understands that books and bourbon are natural allies, while the Long Bar makes a valiant effort to channel Singapore – but misses. Room service exists for when that Mexico-meets-Mumbai fusion experiment proves too adventurous.
