Two restaurants: one serving Rajasthani cuisine and the other a mix of Indian, Italian, and Mexican dishes.
Vibes
Elitist Chic - Ignore the Other Guests
Welcome to your private island getaway, where isolation comes with both perks (serenity) and peculiarities (you’re rather stuck with those two restaurants). The 101 rooms suggest someone’s understanding of “boutique” differs from yours, while the fusion restaurant’s India-meets-Italy-meets-Mexico menu suggests someone lost a bet in the planning phase. Activities range from croquet to climbing, because apparently even luxury needs options. The Long Bar attempts to channel Singapore’s original, though not nearly as well.

Food + Drink On-site surprises
The culinary program performs a high-wire act between Rajasthani tradition and global fusion that nobody requested. Breakfast puts on quite the show with its culinary tour of India, complete with flautist (because apparently pancakes need a soundtrack). The library bar suggests someone understands that books and bourbon are natural allies, while the Long Bar makes a valiant effort to channel Singapore – but misses. Room service exists for when that Mexico-meets-Mumbai fusion experiment proves too adventurous.
