You’re staying in one of Rome’s busiest tourist zones, just off Via del Corso, so the calm inside comes with serious crowds outside. The payoff is location: the Trevi Fountain is about five minutes away, the Pantheon and Piazza Navona around ten, and the Colosseum roughly fifteen. BIVIUM handles all-day dining downstairs with an open kitchen, deli counters, coffee, and gelato (ice cream). Upstairs, seasonal NOTOS is where things get more fun, with a cocktail bar, a proper food menu, big Rome views, and Saturday DJ sets. Breakfast at the hotel seriously overdelivers, with a generous buffet, an entire chilled room devoted to cheese and cold cuts, pastries, fruit, and hot dishes made to order.
