Meals are generally set menus mixing Italian and Costa Rican flavors, hosted by the owners or chefs, and feel more like a dinner party in the jungle than a resort meal. It’s all included, and the kitchen will happily accommodate dietary needs—just let them know in advance. No menus, no choices—you eat what’s served (which most nights will make you happy you left the city behind).
