Breakfast at Corte di Gabriela isn’t a hotel amenity — it’s a personal statement. Owner Gian Luca prepares it himself daily: homemade quiches, made-to-order omelets and crepes, fresh pastries, Prosecco, and coffee sourced from Caffè Girani, reportedly Venice’s last remaining artisan roaster. Served in the breakfast room or in the wisteria courtyard when weather allows. The lounge bar is quiet and intimate — not a scene, which suits the hotel perfectly. For dinner, the surrounding San Marco neighborhood offers serious options within a five-minute walk, including Ai Gondolieri for Mediterranean dishes.
