Stuff You Should Know

Welcome to your $1,500/night safari, where plastic furniture meets premium wildlife encounters. The resort embraces a "come as you are" philosophy that extends surprisingly to its lobby décor. Only 2 of 17 rooms offer AC, but ocean breezes provide free cooling (terms and conditions apply). All meals included, served with a side of silence – apparently music didn't make the luxury checklist. The staff occasionally treats the pool like a modern art installation, leaving loungers in abstract arrangements. But let's be honest: you're here for the toucans, not the teen pop soundtrack at the bar.

Food and drink

Food + Drink On-site surprises

All-inclusive dining where silence is golden (whether you like it or not)

The good news: all meals are included. The plot twist: they're served in a restaurant that treats atmosphere as optional. The food itself earns a solid 7/10, but the dining room's commitment to acoustic minimalism (read: no music) brings the experience down to earth faster than a clumsy toucan. The poolside bar offers spectacular views and a puzzling playlist of 90s teen pop that might have you seeking refuge with the howler monkeys. At least they've invested in real candles – a flickering reminder that some luxury standards were met.
