Stuff You Should Know

Taxis sometimes get lost finding this place (show them "Central Embassy" on your phone and you'll get there faster). The Metropolitan Rooms start at 45sqm—worth the upgrade if you're planning to actually unpack rather than live out of your suitcase. The breakfast spread is included and genuinely worth waking up for. Pool's properly lap-worthy (25m), though sun loungers can fill up after 11am. nahm requires booking weeks ahead, especially for the coveted 7pm slots. Yoga classes are gratis but sign up the day before—they cap at 11 people and can fill up. Business district location means you're at least a 15… usually longer, taxi ride to the tourist sites (temples, palace etc).

Food and drink

Food + Drink On-site surprises

Bangkok’s Best Thai Fine Dining + Wellness-Forward Cuisine

'nahm' is the star here—Bangkok’s go-to for high-end Thai food, blending bold flavors with Michelin-star finesse (but overpriced in our humble opinion). Also, if you’re not into seafood we’d skip it. Expect dishes that stay true to traditional recipes but feel elevated, like their legendary blue swimmer crab curry. If you're more into health-conscious fare, 'glow' serves up juices, smoothies, and organic dishes, but this is really more of the brekky venue. There’s no bar scene here—this isn’t a party hotel—but the cocktails at 'nahm' are worth a try.

Activities

Activities How to kick back in style

If you’re into wellness, COMO has you covered—daily yoga classes, a juice bar, and a spa that’s a destination in itself.

Rooms are subtly stylish but not over-the-top luxe; this is about serenity, not flash. The pool is long and sleek, a little oasis in the middle of the city. While the location is central, it’s more business district than nightlife hub, so it’s a great pick if you prefer Bangkok’s calm side. Pro tip: Book a Metropolitan Room for extra space, and if you're dining at nahm, go for the tasting menu—it’s one of Bangkok’s most sought-after fine dining experiences… but book early.
