The Amankila Bali, an Aman Hotels Group hotel, may be Bali’s best luxury resort. It’s located on the east coast of Bali, with 34 private villas set in lush gardens. Its architecture blends contemporary luxury with Balinese tradition and offers views of the waters of the Lombok Strait, as well as of the resort’s three-tiered infinity pool. Dining options are eclectic, particularly at the Amandari restaurant, which serves up a variety of international and local dishes.
