Stuff You Should Know

Newhall Mains is best accessed by car, and free parking is available. While the setting feels remote, the town of Cromarty is just 15 minutes away, and Inverness not much farther. The cottages feature fully equipped kitchens for self-catering, though the on-site restaurant is worth a visit for its creative, seasonal dishes. Note that cell service can be spotty, but the WiFi is reliable. Pet-friendly accommodations are available, and some cottages come with private gardens or terraces.
