No Hotel Restaurant? No Problem – You’re in Soho.
There’s no restaurant inside the hotel – which sounds like a problem until you realize you’re sitting in the middle of one of London’s best dining neighborhoods. Tattu, perched on top of the same building as the lobby, serves excellent modern Chinese food (tested by someone who lived in China for 17 years and used to visit Sichuan regularly – it passed). The bar entrance alone is worth the visit, and the dining room is one of London’s most beautifully designed spaces. Across the street, the hotel’s own bar Thirteen does Japanese-inspired small plates and seriously good cocktails in a dark, energetic setting. And if you somehow tire of both, Soho’s restaurant scene is literally at your doorstep.
